Event Strategy, Event Marketing & Internal Communications

I joined Rose Bruford College at the start of a significant period of transformation, taking on the responsibilities of three former team members with an initial remit to explore internal workflows and clarify the strategic objectives behind the marketing of student productions. I introduced streamlined processes to improve efficiency and alignment across departments, launched new email and ticketing platforms, commissioned new event branding, and worked closely with Programme Directors, the Director of Corporate Affairs and the Principal.

Over 12 months, I was responsible for the hands-on marketing of 250 performances on campus and within central London, including producing artwork, email, ticketing and web presence.

In spring 2025 I delivered a bespoke dinner at the House of Lords for 90 key stakeholders, involving end-to-end event coordination, managing invitations and RSVPs, overseeing guest outreach, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth delivery on the night.
